Ingredients
- Cold filtered water: 4 cups
- Ice cubes: 1 cup
- Sugar-free strawberry syrup: 1 tbsp OR
- Sugar-free lemon-lime syrup: 1 tbsp OR
- Peach-flavored water enhancer: 1 tbsp OR
- Sugar-free coconut syrup: 1 tbsp
- Lemon: ½, sliced
- Lime: ½, sliced
- Fresh strawberries: ½ cup, sliced
- Fresh mint leaves: ¼ cup
- Cucumber: ½ small, sliced
- Lemon wheels: optional, for garnish
- Mint sprigs: optional, for garnish
- Edible flowers: optional, for garnish
Instructions
- Prep the pitcher:
- Fill a large pitcher or two tall glasses with ice cubes.
- Add water:
- Pour in the cold filtered water.
- Mix in flavor:
- Add your chosen syrup or water enhancer and stir well to combine.
- Add fruit and herbs:
- Add the fresh fruit, cucumber, and mint to infuse flavor.
- Let meld:
- Stir gently and let sit for 2–3 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve:
