  • Quiche Filling: 4 large eggs, 3/4 cup (180 ml) whole milk, 1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy cream, 1/2 cup (60 g) grated Gruyère cheese, 1/2 cup (60 g) grated cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup (60 g) finely chopped spinach, 1/4 cup (30 g) diced red bell pepper, 1/4 cup (30 g) diced cooked bacon or vegetarian alternative (optional), 2 tablespoons finely chopped scallions, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
