# Method:
01 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until fully browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary.
02 - Transfer the cooked beef to the slow cooker. Add kidney beans, diced tomatoes with juices, and chili seasoning mix. Stir to incorporate evenly.
03 - Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours in the slow cooker.
04 - Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot with preferred toppings such as shredded cheese, sour cream, jalapeños, cilantro, or diced onions.
