02 - 2 cups mixed unsalted nuts (cashews, almonds, pecans, peanuts)

03 - 1 cup granulated sugar
04 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter
05 - 1/4 cup heavy cream
06 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, plus extra for sprinkling
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
# Method:
01 - Preheat oven to 325°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, gently combine mini pretzels and mixed unsalted nuts evenly.
03 - In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt unsalted butter. Add granulated sugar and stir continuously until sugar dissolves and caramel turns a golden amber color, approximately 5 to 7 minutes.
04 - Carefully whisk in heavy cream, allowing mixture to bubble. Stir in sea salt and vanilla extract until smooth and glossy.
05 - Immediately pour hot caramel over pretzel and nut mixture. Using a spatula, gently toss to achieve an even coating.
06 - Spread coated mixture evenly on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle additional sea salt over the top. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring halfway through, until caramel is set and slightly darkened.
07 - Remove from oven and allow to cool completely on the baking sheet. Once cooled, break into clusters before serving.
