Peppermint Espresso Cocktail Blend (Printer View)

A creamy espresso and vodka cocktail with peppermint and chocolate rim, ideal for festive occasions.

01 - 4 fl oz vodka (plain or vanilla, gluten-free if needed)
02 - 2 fl oz Kahlua or coffee liqueur
03 - 3 fl oz fresh brewed espresso, cooled
04 - 2 fl oz half & half or dairy-free peppermint mocha creamer
05 - 0.25 tsp peppermint extract

→ Chocolate Peppermint Rims & Garnish

06 - Chocolate syrup (for rimming glasses)
07 - 2 tbsp crushed candy canes
08 - 6 espresso beans

# Method:

01 - Pour a thin layer of chocolate syrup onto a small plate. Dip the rims of two martini glasses into the syrup, then into crushed candy canes to coat. Set aside.
02 - Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add vodka, Kahlua, cooled espresso, half & half or dairy-free creamer, and peppermint extract.
03 - Shake vigorously for 60 seconds until well chilled and frothy.
04 - Strain the mixture evenly into the prepared glasses.
05 - Garnish each martini with three espresso beans and serve immediately.
