01 -  Preheat oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. 
 02 -  Combine carrots in a large mixing bowl with melted butter, olive oil, maple syrup, sea salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated. 
 03 -  Spread the glazed carrots in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. 
 04 -  Roast for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through, until carrots are tender and edges are caramelized. 
 05 -  Transfer carrots to a serving platter. Drizzle with any remaining glaze and enjoy immediately.
