07 - 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

# Method:

01 - Combine oat milk, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves in a small saucepan. Warm over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until steaming without boiling.
02 - Sift matcha powder into a small bowl to remove lumps. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons hot water (not boiling) and whisk vigorously until smooth and frothy.
03 - Remove the spiced oat milk from heat. Stir in maple syrup and vanilla extract.
04 - Pour matcha evenly into two mugs. Slowly top with the warm spiced oat milk to create layers if desired.
05 - Add a cinnamon stick or lightly dust with ground cinnamon. Serve immediately.
