Ingredients

Instructions

Step 1:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Step 2:
Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water (double boiler) stirring until smooth. Remove from heat
Step 3:
Stir in the ground cardamom
Step 4:
Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into a 1/4-inch (0.5 cm) thick rectangle using a spatula
Step 5:
Evenly sprinkle the chopped pistachios almonds dried apricots figs and raisins over the chocolate
Step 6:

Step 7:

Step 8:
