01 - 8 slices brioche bread

02 - 7 oz cooked turkey breast, sliced
03 - 4 tablespoons cranberry sauce

05 - 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
06 - 4 slices mild cheddar cheese (optional)

07 - 1 small handful baby spinach or lettuce leaves
08 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced

→ Butter

09 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

# Method:

01 - Lightly toast brioche slices until golden brown for enhanced flavor.
02 - Spread mayonnaise evenly on one side of each brioche slice.
03 - On four slices, layer turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, cheddar cheese if desired, and a few spinach or lettuce leaves.
04 - Top the layered ingredients with thin slices of red onion.
05 - Place remaining brioche slices on top, mayonnaise side down, to form sandwiches.
06 - Lightly butter the outside surfaces of each sandwich.
07 - Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and grill sandwiches for 2 to 3 minutes per side, pressing gently, until bread is golden and filling is warmed through.
08 - Slice sandwiches and serve immediately while warm.
