02 - 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
03 - 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
04 - 2 to 3 tablespoons water, as needed

→ Passion Fruit Layer

05 - 1/2 cup passion fruit pulp (from approximately 3 to 4 passion fruits)
06 - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
07 - 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

→ Orange Juice Layer

08 - 3/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
09 - 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
10 - 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

# Method:

01 - Clean three blending containers or rinse the blender thoroughly between uses.
02 - Combine mango, Greek yogurt, honey, and water in a blender. Blend until smooth and thick. Distribute evenly between the bottom of two clear glasses.
03 - Blend passion fruit pulp with Greek yogurt and honey until creamy. Slowly spoon or pour this mixture over the mango layer, forming a distinct separation.
04 - Blend orange juice, Greek yogurt, and honey until smooth. Gently layer this on top of the passion fruit mixture to maintain layer definition.
05 - Tilt the glass slightly and pour each layer slowly, employing the back of a spoon to prevent blending of layers.
06 - Optionally garnish with a slice of fresh fruit or a sprig of mint. Serve immediately for best freshness.
