09 - 1 cup white chocolate chips (for melting)
10 - 24 large white marshmallows
11 - 72 mini chocolate chips
12 - 48 chocolate melts or chocolate disks (for paw pads)

# Method:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
03 - In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to cream softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
04 - Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.
05 - Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Stir in milk.
06 - Scoop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto prepared sheets, spacing 2 inches apart. Flatten each slightly with your palm.
07 - Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges turn lightly golden. Transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
08 - While cookies cool, melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
09 - Spread a thin layer of melted white chocolate on each cookie. Press one large marshmallow near the bottom edge to form the paw pad.
10 - Place three mini chocolate chips above each marshmallow as toes. Position two chocolate melts on either side of the marshmallow to form side pads.
11 - Allow decorated cookies to set at room temperature or refrigerate briefly to firm the toppings.
