01 - 6.8 fl oz cold brew coffee, chilled
02 - 6.8 fl oz tonic water, chilled

03 - Zest of 1 orange (reserve an optional wedge)
04 - Ice cubes, as needed
# Method:
01 - Fill two serving glasses with ice cubes to chill.
02 - Divide the cold brew evenly and pour about 3.4 fl oz into each glass.
03 - Gently top each glass with about 3.4 fl oz chilled tonic water to preserve carbonation.
04 - Stir each glass once or twice with a spoon to marry the layers without flattening the tonic.
05 - Express the orange zest over the surface of each drink, drop the zest in, and add the optional orange wedge.
06 - Present immediately while cold and effervescent.
