01 -  Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. 
 02 -  In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until evenly blended. 
 03 -  Using an electric mixer or whisk, beat softened butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a separate large bowl until the mixture becomes light and fluffy. 
 04 -  Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until thoroughly incorporated. 
 05 -  Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing gently until a soft dough forms. 
 06 -  Using a spatula, fold in mini marshmallows, semisweet chocolate chips, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, and graham cracker crumbs just until incorporated. 
 07 -  Scoop approximately 2 tablespoons of dough for each stick and roll into 4–5 inch sticks. Arrange sticks on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each. 
 08 -  Bake in the preheated oven for 13 to 15 minutes, until edges turn golden and centers are just set. 
 09 -  Allow sticks to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
