# Method:
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for 5 minutes.
- Lightly flour a clean surface and roll out the pizza dough into a 12 x 10 inch rectangle.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2 inch border on all sides.
- Sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, pepperoni or vegetables, and Italian herbs evenly over the sauce.
- Starting at a long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log, pinching the seam to seal.
- Cut the log into 24 even slices using a sharp knife.
- Brush the cut edges of each roll with beaten egg to seal.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Place pizza rolls in a single layer in the basket, leaving space between each; cook in batches if needed.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with additional beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crisp.
- Allow rolls to cool for 2–3 minutes before serving with extra pizza sauce.
